Who we are
Touma Ceramics is operated from Jerusalem, Israel by מוסקובי אליאס (Elias Mascoubi), a registered dealer (עוסק מורשה 201499852), trading as “Touma coffee house”, Armenian Quarter 73, Jerusalem.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order contents. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes this data on our behalf and applies its own security measures.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Touma does not receive or store your full card details at any point.
What we use data for
Fulfilling and delivering orders, responding to enquiries, meeting Israeli tax and accounting obligations (including issuing invoices), and — only if you opt in — occasional updates about new pieces. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The store uses cookies necessary for the cart and checkout to function. Analytics tools, if enabled, are used to understand store usage in aggregate.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as Israeli tax law requires. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (deletion applies where the law does not require us to retain records). Write to touma.ceramics@gmail.com.
Delivery within Israel: ₪35 per order, free on orders of ₪250 or more. Free pickup is available at Touma Coffeehouse, Armenian Quarter 73, Jerusalem (daily 09:00–17:00, closed on Sunday) — please wait for the “ready for pickup” email before coming.
