This store is operated by מוסקובי אליאס (Elias Mascoubi), registered dealer (עוסק מורשה) no. 201499852, trading as “Touma coffee house”, Armenian Quarter 73, Jerusalem, Israel (“Touma”, “we”).

Prices

Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver; in such cases any payment taken is refunded in full.

Handmade nature of the goods

All ceramic pieces are wheel-thrown and finished by hand. Minor variations in glaze, tone, size and shape relative to product photos are inherent to the craft and do not constitute a defect. Where a set is photographed, the photographed set is the set supplied unless the product page states the design is repeatable.

Delivery, returns, damage

These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All photography, text and designs on this store belong to Touma and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touma’s liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or rights under Israeli consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; competent courts in Jerusalem have jurisdiction.
