Shipping policy
International Shipping
Touma Ceramics offers international shipping via Israel Post EcoPost to selected destinations where the service is available. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the combined shipping weight of the products ordered, including protective packaging. Orders exceeding 2 kg may be shipped in several separate parcels, each within the applicable postal weight limit. International orders exceeding 6 kg cannot currently be processed through standard online checkout. For larger orders, please contact us and we will prepare a personal shipping quote.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local postal services.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
United States: We intend to ship orders with applicable import duties and taxes paid by the sender (DDP), where this arrangement is supported by Israel Post and the relevant customs authorities. If different arrangements are required, we will contact the customer before dispatch.
European Union and other international destinations: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipments are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Import VAT, applicable customs duties, customs clearance charges and other import-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
United Kingdom: UK VAT rules may require different treatment for consignments valued at £135 or less. Applicable VAT obligations will be handled according to UK requirements. Other import charges may be payable by the recipient where relevant.
Fragile Products and Damage
Our handmade ceramics and glassware are fragile. We use protective packaging for international shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the damaged product, the shipping box and the internal packaging. Please retain the packaging while the issue is being reviewed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Multiple Parcels and Shipping Adjustments
Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel. If we can safely ship an order using fewer parcels than estimated at checkout, we may refund part of the shipping charge.
Customs Delays and Undelivered Parcels
International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or local delivery procedures.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or unpaid import charges, subject to applicable law.
