Where we ship
Touma Ceramics ships worldwide. Please note that any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Dispatch time
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Every piece is wheel-thrown and finished by hand; if an item requires a longer preparation time, this is stated on its product page before you order.
Delivery within Israel
Standard delivery: ₪35. Free delivery on orders over ₪250. Delivery timeframes shown by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees.
Packaging
Ceramics are fragile by nature. Every order is packed in protective materials intended for ceramic transport.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional delivery costs may apply.
Local pickup at Touma Coffeehouse
You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at Touma Coffeehouse, Armenian Quarter 73, Jerusalem. Opening hours: daily 09:00–17:00, closed on Sunday. Orders are ready within 3–5 business days — please wait for the “ready for pickup” email before coming.
